High Tee w/ Half Bat

A half bat on a high tee forces the hitter to deliver the barrel on a precise path — any casting, dipping, or rolling over early results in an instant miss. The reduced hitting surface trains hitters to keep their hands inside and drive through the zone rather than around it. Simple, immediate feedback that translates directly to more line drives with your game bat.

Skinny Bat Self-Toss

A skinny bat for self-toss demands precise hand-eye coordination — with no tee to rely on, every rep sharpens your ability to find the barrel on a moving ball. This drill builds rhythm, timing, and a consistent swing path all at once, making it one of the most efficient solo drills for developing real game-ready contact skills.

2-Ball Front Toss

This drill takes standard front toss and cranks up the difficulty. The tosser holds up two balls and calls out "top" or "bottom" mid-toss, forcing the hitter to react and adjust in real time. The added mental demand sharpens focus and mimics the challenge of identifying and reacting to different pitch types in the air.

Angled Pitch-Hold Front Toss

This drill tests a hitter's adjustability, timing, and balance under pressure. The tosser will either deliver the ball or hold the throw, forcing the hitter to sync their timing to the pitch — but also stay disciplined enough to redirect and hit the ball on the tee the opposite way. It's an excellent drill for hitters who struggle to stay back or have a tendency to lunge at the ball.

Bounced Front Toss

Designed to develop patience, timing, and a controlled load, this drill uses a bounced toss to simulate the shape and depth of an incoming curveball. Hitters must stay back, trust their load, and control their bat path to drive the ball back up the middle — one of the most revealing tests of a hitter's ability to handle off-speed pitches.
