Are Purchase Orders accepted?

Purchase orders are accepted. Although we only accept electronic forms of payment (no physical checks).

If you are tax exempt. Please place your order and then email us to get the taxes refunded.

How do I place a team order?

All team / bulk orders are handled personally by our sales team.

How do I know that my order was successful?

Successful orders will receive an email (check spam) with tracking numbers delivered from Bonsall Bat Company and FedEx.

What are the average shipping times?

Shipping times are posted in the product description. Most are 1-3 days. Customs take 2 weeks designed, create and ship out.

How do I return an order?

If you wish to return a product you will need to contact us with a detailed description of the issue. All refunds & exchanges will be evaluated on a case by case basis.

A 10% restocking fee will be charged for most returns.
